1. What is your processing time?
Processing times vary by product. Ready-to-ship items generally ship sooner, while handmade, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional production time. Please check the individual product listing for the current processing time before ordering.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Domestic U.S. orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Oversized items, including certain wall art and other large products, are excluded from free shipping. Shipping charges for excluded items will be calculated at checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Lola + Sofia ships physical products to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories only. International shipping is not currently available.
4. What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not accept general returns or exchanges. If an eligible physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order information and photos when possible.
Digital products, personalized items, and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.
5. What types of materials do you use?
Materials vary by product and may include felt, fabric, yarn, thread, stuffing, wood, and other components. Specific materials are listed on individual product pages whenever relevant.
Because many of our items are handmade, colors, fabric placement, and other small details may vary slightly from piece to piece.
6. How do I care for my handmade item?
Care instructions vary depending on the product and materials used. Please follow the care information provided in the individual product listing. Many handmade items are best spot cleaned and allowed to air dry.
7. How may I use digital files purchased from Lola + Sofia?
Digital printables are for personal, non-commercial use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or reproduced for commercial use. All designs remain the intellectual property of Lola + Sofia.
8. Do you offer rush orders or expedited shipping?
Rush processing and expedited shipping may be available for orders within the continental United States for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, timing, and cost.
9. Can I request customization or different colors?
Many made-to-order items offer fabric, color, or personalization choices. Available options will be shown on the individual product listing.
If you have something specific in mind that is not listed, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know whether the request can be accommodated. Custom edits to digital products may be limited or unavailable.
