Domestic Shipping — United States
Lola + Sofia currently ships physical products to addresses within the United States and Territories only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are shipped primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The shipping service used will depend on the size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements of your order.
Processing Times
Processing times vary by product. Please refer to the individual product listing for the estimated processing time before shipment.
Ready-to-ship items generally ship sooner, while handmade, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time.
Processing time and shipping transit time are separate. For example, a made-to-order item with a 14-business-day processing time plus approximately 5 business days in transit may take around 19 business days to arrive.
If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday, or other special occasion, please consider both the processing and estimated transit time before placing your order.
Shipping & Transit Times
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.
Please note that carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, peak holiday volume, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times after an order has shipped.
Free Domestic Shipping
Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Oversized or unusually heavy products, including certain large wall décor and similar items, may be excluded from the free-shipping offer. When an exclusion applies, the applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Rush Processing & Shipping
Rush service may be available for orders shipping within the continental United States.
Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your requested production and delivery timeframe is possible and provide any applicable rush charges.
Rush availability depends on the product, current production schedule, destination, and carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by Lola + Sofia.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan the package and update its tracking information after a shipping label has been created.
Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
Packaging Practices
We may reuse clean shipping boxes and packing materials when appropriate to reduce unnecessary waste while still ensuring that your order is properly protected during transit.
Your order may therefore arrive in reused outer packaging. The product itself is new unless otherwise clearly stated in the individual product listing.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are downloadable files only. No physical product will be shipped.
Once payment has been successfully processed, your digital files or download link will be provided electronically.
Please review the individual product listing for the included file formats and make sure you have the appropriate software or applications needed to open and print the files before purchasing.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not currently available.
